Refund & Return Policy

Because skincare is a hygiene product, we cannot accept returns once the item has been opened or used.

We offer solutions in the following cases:

Damaged / Broken Items

If your product arrives damaged:
	•	Email us within 48 hours,
	•	Include your order number + photos of the damage.

A replacement will be sent.

Wrong Item Received

If we accidentally send the wrong product:
	•	Contact us within 3 days,
	•	We will correct the order immediately.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if they have not been shipped yet.

No Refunds on Used Products

We do not offer refunds due to personal skin reactions, as every skin type is different.
