Stop using the product and let your skin settle with just a cleanser and moisturizer. Reintroduce one product at a time, every other day. If irritation continues, discontinue use and speak with a dermatologist.

Cleanse with the Vitamin C Facial Cleanser, sweep on the Facial Toner while skin is still damp, press in the Facial Serum, then seal everything with the Facial Cream. Follow with sunscreen in the morning.

We ship with UPS Ground. Your exact UPS Ground charge and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout from your shipping address, so you see your subtotal, shipping, tax and final total before you pay. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days after purchase. UPS Ground transit time is separate from that 1–5 business day processing period and depends on your delivery location — 1–5 business days is the time we need to prepare your order, not a delivery guarantee.

Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of skincare, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund. Unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect or there was an error on our part.
